Refund Policy

  1. General Conditions.

    Please be aware that our products are digital gift card codes that, once bought and delivered, cannot be returned, nor refunded. So please make sure to select the right product, with the right country code and/or in the right currency before you purchase it, as we cannot take products back, nor refund or exchange products that have already been paid for and delivered. The reason for this is that we have no guarantee that a code, which is immediately delivered after the purchase, is still unused.

    We do however give a warranty on the redeemability of the digital codes we deliver. In case the delivered code is not working, we will do everything to help you solve that problem. Our customer service can be reached either through mail at [email protected] or by chat on our website.

    The request must be submitted to within 14 days from the date of purchase of any faulty or damaged goods. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the customer’s right to make any refund or exchange.  shall process the User’s Refund Form/Return Form as soon as it is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the stated reasons for the request. In any case, shall notify the User on the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out herein.

    NOTE: Submission of Refund/Return Request does not guarantee that the User’s request will be satisfied.

  2. Refunds.
    The refund can be applied exclusively on the payment method used for the purchase. The refund timeframe depends on the selected payment method by the user.

    Any additional service fee (i.e., payment processing fee) incurred by as a result of the refund will be covered by the customer. 

    For example, payment methods such as Neosurf are irrevocable, thus, funds are considered as withdrawn rather than on hold. In this case, the payment processing fee is taken by the payment operator, and it can not be recompensated.

  3. Chargebacks. expects the User to contact it using contact details to resolve any problem or issue related to his/her payments before the User makes any Chargeback request. This Section does not affect any rights and/or claims, that the User may have against the bank/financial institution. will investigate any Chargeback requests made by the User and in response will inform the User’s Issuing Bank whether any Service or Transaction has been canceled.

    Topgift io reserves the right to suspend the User’s account and lock the User’s Funds during the chargeback investigation procedure.
