How do I know if I can buy/register from my country/region?
When I try to activate my product key I receive an error, what should I do?
  1. You are activating your gift card on the appropriate platform;
  2. Double-check if the code you typed in is correct;
  3. Please note that each gift card is region locked product, double-check that you are purchasing the correct region product, before buying.We won’t be able to make a refund, in case you bought a product which is not accepted in your country.
Where can I find the purchased code?
After the successful purchase, you will receive your product key in 2 ways and can check it via:
  1. Your Topgift account, “My Account” section. To view the key click on “View” and you will be redirected to the order information where you can find “Your digital license(s) subsection and find the purchased code key.
  2. In your written email containing the purchase confirmation, you will receive the direct link to the order including all necessary information.
